Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD in Boston, MA seeks a Project Manager for masonry & waterproofing on high-profile restoration and new-build projects. You will coordinate schedules, crews, drawings, and materials to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

Candidates should have 5+ years masonry experience, knowledge of building envelopes, Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred). The role offers a strong benefits package and a clear progression ladder.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of masonry experience, with a strong background in masonry, restoration and waterproofing.
• Experience working on large projects and a strong understanding of building envelope construction.
• The ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and architectural designs in both digital and hard-copy formats.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and architectural designs, establish the sequence of work and identify practical challenges.
• Coordinate with Operations to determine material and manpower requirements, estimate time to completion and coordinate trades.
• Track project performance, identify delays or change orders, and implement recovery measures when possible.
