Baker Roofing Company is hiring a foreman to plan, organize, and oversee daily crew activities for restoration installations. You will manage scheduling, material staging, and lead a team to perform work safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in waterproofing or related restoration work, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. You will work on site and coordinate closely with project management to ensure timely completion.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years minimum in waterproofing/restoration preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily crew activities, assign materials, train crew members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with PM/CM on progress.
