Job summary

The Waterproofing Pros is seeking a hardworking Waterproofing Foreman to lead field crews through waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawlspace encapsulation projects. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and professional communication with homeowners.

You will supervise daily on-site operations, review scopes, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to manufacturer specifications, while organizing materials and scheduling to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in waterproofing, foundation repair, or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, sump pumps, drainage, and structural repairs.
• Ability to read scopes of work, specs, and installation guidelines.
• Able to work in crawlspaces, basements, trenches, ladders, and outdoor conditions.
• Professional, respectful communication with customers; strong leadership.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations.
• Ensure work complies with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Review project materials, scopes, and installation procedures.
• Monitor crew performance and maintain productivity.
• Enforce all safety protocols including PPE, ladder safety, scaffolding, and equipment checks.
• Report any incidents or hazards immediately.
• Track material usage and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained.
• Serve as the on-site representative and communicate professionally with customers.
• Address homeowner questions and concerns.
• Assist with scheduling and emergency response situations.
