Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant water and wastewater engineering experience.
• Florida Professional Engineer license or licensure by reciprocity.
• Experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Ability to travel periodically for client meetings and project site visits.
• Strong writing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, permitting, and construction support of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with subconsultants to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and review engineering calculations, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Serve as a primary client contact and communicate project progress and decisions.
• Coordinate with local/state agencies for permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor project financial performance and address delivery issues.
• Support proposals, fee estimates, client presentations, and business development.
