Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil/Environmental Engineering Project Manager in the Water sector to lead design and construction teams on water and wastewater conveyance and treatment projects in Florida.

The role emphasizes client communication, schedule and budget management, and coordinating engineering reports, drawings, and cost estimates. A PE license and 12+ years’ experience are preferred, with field and construction oversight responsibilities included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Civil/Environmental Engineering; Florida experience preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 12+ years in design, construction, and management of water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams and QA staff for water/wastewater conveyance and treatment projects.
• Oversee projects scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
• Develop engineering reports, drawings, specs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with Construction for Engineering Services During Construction.
• Engage with professional organizations to represent the firm.
