Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Water/Wastewater Design Project Manager for an on-site role supporting teams across NC, SC, and TN. The candidate will lead design, modeling, and permitting efforts for public and private projects, develop budgets, and mentor staff.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering (ABET), 10+ years of experience with PE licensure (reciprocity allowed), and proficiency in HAESTAD, AutoCAD/Civil

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline from an ABET accredited University
• Minimum of 10 years of experience and PE licensure (licensed in the State of FL, NC, SC, or TN, or reciprocity)
• HAESTAD (or similar modeling software), CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson, and/or MicroStation
• GIS proficiency or demonstrated aptitude to learn while doing
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of water/wastewater facilities, distribution systems, and collection networks
• Identify funding opportunities with public clients and assist with funding applications
• Water and sewer modeling, system mapping
• Collaborate with clients, staff, and project managers to deliver turnkey solutions
• Perform field investigations, data collection, and site inspections
• Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules
• Prepare environmental impact studies
• Mentor and grow the utility design team
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and communicate progress to stakeholders
