Job summary

Robert G. Campbell and Associates is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Design Project Manager to join our site design team.

This on-site role collaborates with teams across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee to design treatment facilities, pumping stations, and distribution networks. The ideal candidate will lead project design efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and engage with public and private clients while mentoring junior staff; travel and field work are involved as

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience and PE licensure in FL, NC, SC, or TN (reciprocity possible).
• HAESTAD or similar modeling software; CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson and/or MicroStation; GIS proficiency or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of water/wastewater treatment facilities, distribution systems, and collection networks.
• Work with public clients to identify funding opportunities and assist with funding applications.
• Water and sewer modeling, system mapping.
• Collaborate with private and local government clients on project delivery.
• Perform field investigations, data collection, and site inspections.
• Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules; manage multiple projects.
