• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Service Technicians and support staff in the field.
• Perform installation, startup, maintenance, and repair of commercial, industrial, and residential water treatment systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water treatment equipment issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate service schedules and prioritize emergency service calls.
• Maintain accurate service records, maintenance reports, and customer documentation.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner.
• Support remote monitoring initiatives and analyze system performance data.
• Assist in developing service procedures, best practices, and technician training programs.
• Manage inventory of service parts, tools, and equipment.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to identify service opportunities and support customer retention efforts.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to urgent customer service needs when required.
