Job summary

AdvancedFacilitySolutions seeks a dedicated field restoration professional for full-time work in the Bay Area. The role involves demolition, cleaning, drying, mold and fire damage cleanup, with monthly after-hours on-call support for emergencies.

You will interact with homeowners and property managers professionally, record moisture readings, and upload data to our internal system. A California driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Perform field restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Interact with homeowners, property managers or other individuals in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take moisture readings at each monitor and upload photos, readings, and notes into the job database for in-house use.
• Able to work 8+ hours per day as needed per job.

ThePosition:
