Job summary

SASSER RESTORATION in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a dependable Restoration Technician to support mitigation and restoration projects. You’ll be hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in helping customers during difficult situations.

You’ll perform restoration and mitigation on residential and commercial properties, assist with water, fire, mold, or storm damage cleanup, set up drying equipment, and document work daily.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or related field preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Experience with water, fire, mold, or storm restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and mitigation services on residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage cleanup and restoration.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, containment areas, and jobsite materials.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and daily notes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and organized.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Respond to emergency and after-hours situations when necessary.
