No experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and professional development to build a real career in the restoration trades. You will perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, demolition, and content cleaning as part of our emergency response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness assessment required).
• FBI background check clearance.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Flexibility for overtime and on-call scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification.
• Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation).
• Mold remediation and moisture control procedures.
• Content cleaning, pack-out services, and debris removal.
• Operating restoration equipment: air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters.
• Vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Job site cleanup and warehouse organization.
• Inventory management and supply loading.
• Upholding OSHA safety standards at all times.
• Delivering empathetic, professional customer service during crisis situations.

What We Do

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician / Restoration Laborer, you'll be on the front lines of disaster recovery - helping families and businesses get back on their feet. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
