Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Restoration Technician to respond to Water and Fire restoration jobs, including drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You are IICRC certified with meaningful experience in cleaning/restoration, and you hold yourself to a high standard, caring about the quality of work and its impact on customers and the team.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification required for the role.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration.
• Experience serving commercial properties.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
