Job summary

Advanced Facility Solutions in Roseville, CA seeks a field restoration technician who can perform demolition, cleaning, and moisture-drying tasks after incidents.

You will handle mold and fire damage cleanup, respond to monthly on-call emergencies, and interact professionally with homeowners and managers while uploading detailed job data. A California driver’s license and neat grooming are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field restoration and property cleanups.
• Knowledge of mold and fire damage cleanup best practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours for on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform field restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning.
• Provides after-hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service once a month.
• Interact with homeowners, property managers or other individuals while carrying out job responsibilities in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take moisture readings at each monitor, upload photos, readings, and notes into our job database for internal use.
• Able to work 8+ hours a day as needed per job.
• Must have valid California driver’s license.
• Due to client interaction, we require neat and tidy grooming.
