Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Lead Technician to perform remediation and restoration tasks on site, guiding a crew and ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will drive company vehicles, coordinate equipment and materials, and perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition while maintaining quality and customer communication. Weekend/on-call rotation required; high school diploma and a valid license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior restoration or mitigation field experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurance approval required.
• Willingness to drive locally or out of state as needed.
• Ability to lead and provide feedback to a crew.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Documentation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in person and drive to job sites; weekend/on-call rotation.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete jobs according to processes per work order, guiding production work.
• Drive company vehicles to and between job sites safely.
• Transport crew, tools, equipment, and materials to jobsites and ensure vehicles are loaded.
• Perform mitigation/restoration activities including water extraction and drying.
• Establish efficient job flow and coordinate requirements for each job.
• Provide hands-on direction and real-time feedback to technicians on the jobsite.
• Ensure crews follow processes and complete work per the work order and scope.
• Identify safety hazards, communicate them, and enforce safety procedures.
• Complete and review accurate job file documentation, including photos.
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and other technicians.
• End-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Resolve problems quickly and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Protect, maintain equipment and vehicles; perform routine checks.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
• Support the development of technicians by sharing knowledge.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES
