Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and five years of process/production engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain Kentucky Class IV-A plant operator’s license within 18 months.
• 40-hour Hazardous Materials certificate or ability to obtain within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering-level support for process and production projects at treatment plants and pumping stations.
• Propose and manage capital projects to improve production efficiency.
• Supervise contractors performing engineering and processing activities.
• Develop and implement procedures for water production personnel to meet EPA requirements.
• Develop and implement training programs on safety, compliance, and equipment operations.
• Audit reports and assist in performance measurement for operations personnel.
