Job summary

Springbrook Software is seeking a Water Treatment Foreman to lead the daily operations and maintenance of our water production facilities. This onsite role requires supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and providing technical guidance to the Water Operations Manager to ensure safe, compliant water treatment.

Responsibilities include overseeing plant performance, training operators, and maintaining ADEQ and federal water quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with valid Arizona driver's license and Grade II Water Treatment certification (ADEQ) and five years of potable water treatment experience.
• Or High school diploma, Arizona driver's license, Grade I Water Treatment and Grade II Water Distribution certifications with at least ten years of potable water treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of water production and treatment facilities.
• Train and schedule the work of the water and arsenic treatment operations staff.
• Provide technical support to the Water Operations Manager and ensure compliance with ADEQ and Federal water quality requirements.
