Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician in Fayetteville, AR. This full-time role involves leading residential and commercial water mitigation projects, coordinating daily field activities with the office, and mentoring technicians.

You will ensure documentation is complete, perform moisture readings, and maintain equipment. A hands-on leadership approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial water mitigation projects.
• Perform mitigation work alongside technicians.
• Coordinate daily field activities with the office.
• Communicate proactively with customers throughout the job.
• Keep documentation updated with accurate job information.
• Complete moisture readings, documentation, and photo reports.
• Ensure equipment, vehicles, and inventory are maintained.
• Train and mentor technicians.
• Conduct quality control before jobs are completed.
• Help identify issues before they become customer concerns.
• Assist with carpet cleaning and other restoration services as needed.
• Continue expanding your skills through training and certifications.
