Apex Restoration DKI is seeking a Lead Water Mitigation Technician to join the team and oversee mitigation tasks, supervise crew members, and coordinate daily activities with the Water Mitigation Project Manager.

The role requires mitigation experience, physical ability to lift 75 pounds, and a commitment to safety and professionalism on site. A company vehicle and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Mitigation experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Enter confined spaces and climb ladders.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and work authorization in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Water Mitigation Project Manager and set daily schedule.
• On-site demolition, setting drying equipment, and other tasks.
• Direct laborers and document hours worked.
• Notify the Superintendent when tasks are complete for payment.
• Stock work vehicles to support daily tasks.
• Maintain a neat, OSHA-compliant job site and follow Apex policies.
