Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Fayetteville, AR, seeks a Lead Mitigation Technician to lead residential and commercial water mitigation projects. This full-time role combines hands-on field work with project coordination and proactive communication with the office and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to use smartphones and tablets for documentation.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

LEAD MITIGATION TECHNICIAN

$23.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and leadership ability)

Compensation

Compensation is based on restoration experience, certifications, leadership ability, and overall qualifications.
