Job summary

BMS CAT in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Operations Restoration Lead Technician to perform water mitigation, extraction and demolition tasks at client sites. You will set up drying equipment, monitor progress, and ensure work follows established guidelines.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders and work in tight spaces. A valid driver's license and willingness to participate in on-call rotations are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Water mitigation experience required.
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics).

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality water mitigation services.
• Water extraction.
• Perform demolition tasks.
• Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
• Place and monitor drying equipment.
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques.
• Set up the van at the job site using proper procedures.
• Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/remonitoring remediation equipment.
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown; effectively lead a work crew.
