Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on water mitigation experience.
• Experience leading jobs or crews (title not required).
• Strong understanding of drying principles and mitigation equipment.
• Ability to manage jobs independently in the field.
• Professional communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, confined spaces, PPE).

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation jobs from setup through completion
• Supervise technicians and set the pace on-site
• Perform extraction, demolition, drying, monitoring, and equipment setup
• Ensure proper documentation, photos, and daily job notes
• Maintain jobsite safety and company standards
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, project leadership, and customers
• Train and mentor technicians
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response
