Job summary

Serclean in Panama City Beach, FL, is seeking a Mitigation Technician who will lead on-site water mitigation projects, manage jobsite activity, and ensure safety and quality in every stage of the process. You will identify additional service opportunities with the sales team, maintain documentation, and uphold SOPs while coordinating with clients.

A strong team leadership spirit and willingness to work weekends/on-call are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of water mitigation experience.
• IICRC WRT certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead a team on active job sites.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record.
• Flexibility for weekends/on-call.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation including equipment setup and moisture mapping.
• Lead on-site operations to ensure safety and workflow.
• Identify additional scope with sales team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicle responsibly.
• Provide on-site point of contact for customers.
• Document progress daily with moisture meters.
