Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Mitigation Technician to lead on-site water mitigation projects, manage technicians, and ensure all work complies with IICRC standards and company SOPs. You will identify additional service opportunities and coordinate with the sales team to keep scope accurate while delivering top-notch service.

The role requires physical stamina, lifting 50+ pounds, and a flexible schedule including weekends; strong communication and documentation skills are essential to ensure client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of water mitigation experience.
• IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team on active job sites.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean record.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/on-call.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Water Mitigation Execution: Perform all aspects of water mitigation, including controlled demolition, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and jobsite cleanup.
• Sales Communication: Identify and communicate additional scope needs to the mitigation manager and customers as needed.
• Job Site Management: Lead on-site operations to ensure safety, organization, and proper workflow.
• Compliance & Documentation: Use moisture meters and monitoring tools to track drying progress and complete documentation daily.
• SOP & Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and SOPs are followed.
• Vehicle Operation: Operate and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.
• Customer Service: Act as the on-site point of contact for clients.

Education

IICRC WRT certification (preferred)
