Job summary

Serclean is hiring a Mitigation Technician in Panama City Beach, FL, to lead water mitigation projects and oversee on-site teams. The role requires hands-on field work, strong leadership, and adherence to IICRC standards.

You will coordinate with sales for scope accuracy, ensure safety, and document progress throughout the job using moisture meters and daily reports. A valid GA driver’s license is needed, with weekend/on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of water mitigation experience.
• IICRC WRT certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team on active job sites.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean record.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/on-call.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation on job sites, including setup, moisture mapping, and cleanup.
• Identify and communicate additional scope needs to the mitigation manager and customers.
• Oversee on-site operations for safety, organization, and workflow.
• Track drying progress with moisture meters and complete daily documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and SOPs.
• Operate company vehicle responsibly.
• Serve as the on-site contact for clients.
