Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects from start to finish.
• Assess source and extent of damage and develop restoration approach.
• Perform tasks such as controlled demolition, structural drying, and equipment setup.
• Monitor air movers and dehumidifiers; adjust as needed.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including photos and moisture readings.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Rytech's quality standards while supporting the team.
