Rytech Restoration of the Midlands in Columbia, SC is seeking a WRT Certified Lead Restoration Professional to oversee projects from start to finish. This leadership role requires experience with mitigation, strong communication, and the ability to manage field operations.

You will direct water and fire restoration projects, set up drying equipment, document progress with photos and notes, and mentor team members. Competitive hourly pay, overtime, and full-time benefits are offered.

• WRT Certification is required and must be current.
• Two+ years of water and fire restoration experience.
• Clear driving record and insurability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality.
• Lead water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire cleanup efforts.

• Perform extraction, controlled demolition, and structural drying tasks.

Core Responsibilities

• Assess the source and extent of damage to affected properties
• Lead water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire cleanup projects
• Set up, operate, and monitor drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers
• Perform extraction, controlled demolition, and structural drying work
• Complete and maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, and moisture readings
• Support team members in the field
• Help ensure consistent job quality standards
