• Manage day-to-day mitigation operations and emergency response activities.
• Monitor progress, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are completed on time according to SERVPRO standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and audits to verify workmanship and compliance.
