Job summary

City and County of Denver is seeking a Wastewater Video Inspector III to join DOTI on-site at the Wastewater Management Building. You will inspect sanitary and storm sewer lines, operate camera equipment, and record data to support maintenance decisions.

You’ll mentor junior staff, lead inspections, and ensure safety and accuracy. The role offers day shifts, a pay range of $27.00–$32.00/hour, and benefits including pension, 457B, PTO, holidays, and health plans.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• Three (3) years of electronic maintenance and repair in a sanitary/storm collection system.
• License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sanitary and storm sewer inspections using remote-controlled camera equipment.
• Create audiovisual records describing sewer conditions and record data.
• Operate and adjust equipment and software for data collection and analysis.
• Perform maintenance/repair of camera and related equipment.
• Document findings and maintain records and reports.
