The role includes manual labor, record-keeping, and public inquiries handling, with potential snow removal duties. The ideal candidate has a CDL-B, two years of general labor experience (including equipment operation), and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Two years of general labor experience, including at least 6 months operating light to medium equipment.
• Valid CDL-B with endorsements required; must be current and FMCSA Clearinghouse-compliant.
• Ability to communicate in English; driving duties and safety procedures explained in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate light- to medium-sized industrial equipment for construction, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per federal guidelines; monitor performance.
