Job summary

Iron Woman is seeking a Utility Camera Van (CCTV) Operator – Class 1 in Denver, CO. This role performs physically demanding sewer inspection tasks, sets up and operates CCTV equipment, and documents inspection data for lines, laterals, and lift stations.

You will lead a crew, train laborers, manage tools, and uphold safety protocols while maintaining equipment. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; PACP/MACP certifications preferred and expected within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PACP or MACP certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days if not held.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with sewer inspection equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor and follow safety protocols.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CCTV inspection equipment, including manhole access and camera deployment.
• Lead and mentor crew members, promoting safety and skill development.
• Manage hoses and tools; ensure proper use and regular maintenance.
• Document footage length and inspection data for each line.
• Identify hazards and enforce safety protocols; respond to emergencies.
• Stock tools and supplies; cross-train on water and wastewater systems.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
