Job summary

City and County of Denver is seeking an Equipment Operator I for the Wastewater Management Division. You will operate light- to medium-sized equipment for construction and maintenance, perform inspections, and document defects.

The role includes manual labor, record-keeping, and public inquiries handling, with potential snow removal duties. The ideal candidate has a CDL-B, two years of general labor experience (including equipment operation), and strong English communication skills.

• Valid CDL-B with endorsements required; must be current and FMCSA Clearinghouse-compliant.
• Ability to communicate in English; driving duties and safety procedures explained in English.
