Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and lead a team of Mechanics and assign daily tasks.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Provide feedback on team performance to the market manager.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, quality checks, and documentation.
• Manage inventory, tools, parts, and vehicle rotations.
• Perform in-warehouse repairs and basic maintenance as needed.
• Maximize operational vehicle availability and safe operation.
