Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and written/verbal communication.
• Certified on pallet rider and forklifts; safety-focused.
• Capable of independent work with initiative and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Plan staffing and adjust to meet daily goals.
• Coordinate activities in the WMS and manage dock flow.
• Train new hires and ongoing safety and process training.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with customer service and transportation teams.
