Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Lead Warehouse Team Member to own critical warehouse tasks and training. You will coordinate workflows, plan labor, manage inbound/outbound activity, and drive training programs including PIT and recertification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Exemplary performance and safety record.
• Certified on pallet rider, counterbalance, and hi-reach.
• Proven ability to work independently with little oversight.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Understanding inbound and outbound operational priorities and processes.
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Problem-solving and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preparing staffing plans and executing adjustments as needed to meet daily goals.
• Planning, allocating, and coordinating all activities in the WMS.
• Manages movement of resources to optimize dock flow.
• Coordinating with Customer Service and Transportation to fulfill urgent delivery.
• Aligning and releasing work to the picking queue for staging and loading.
• Printing transfer paperwork and end-of-day reconciliation of orders.
• Tracking inbound orders, deliveries, and truck status.
• Maintaining organized work area and documents (BOLs, OS&Ds).
• Updating MS Excel worksheets and WMS apps to ensure data integrity.
