Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Exemplary performance and safety record.
• Certified on pallet rider, counterbalance, and hi-reach (cherry picker preferred).
• Proven record of working independently with little oversight; high initiative and urgency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Thorough understanding of inbound/outbound priorities, dependencies, and processes.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office applications.
• Solutions-oriented proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Prepare staffing plans and adjust as needed to meet daily goals.
• Plan, allocate, and coordinate activities in the WMS.
• Move resources to optimize dock flow and loading sequence.
• Maintain accurate end-of-day packing slips and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Transportation for urgent deliveries.
• Track inbound purchase orders, deliveries, and inbound truck status.
• Update MS Excel sheets and WMS apps to ensure data integrity.
• Respond to appointment requests and communicate with carriers.
