Responsibilities

• Assign and distribute picking tickets across teams to organize workload.
• Audit outbound orders for completeness and accuracy prior to loading or shipment.
• Load, unload, and stage materials including tile, stone, mosaics, walls, carpet, and flooring.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation; support cycle counts and ship/receiving verification.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff; promote safety and continuous improvement.
