Arvato seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States (KY region) to oversee daily warehouse operations and VAS activities, ensuring accuracy and safety. You will supervise Warehouse Associates and MHE drivers while coordinating customer-specific requirements and ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and adherence to SLAs, with a focus on safety, productivity, and inventory control in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• 1+ years in supervisory or team leadership role preferred.
• Experience managing VAS operations and customer-specific projects.
• Experience supervising MHE operators and warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations.
• Monitor workflow and allocate labor resources to meet demands.
• Oversee VAS activities including labeling, kitting, repacking, and customer projects.
• Directly supervise Warehouse Associates, URs, and MHE drivers; provide coaching.
• Maintain safety compliance, inventory accuracy, and SLA adherence.
• Lead daily shift meetings and manage attendance and performance issues.
• Identify process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support customer audits and operational reviews.
