Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety and productivity while managing attendance and timecards. The role leads teams and coordinates daily activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Experience in supervision is preferred; the position requires strong communication skills and the ability to lift 70 lbs. and work flexible hours. Comprehensive benefits are provided for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure tasks are completed safely and timely.
• Upholds UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.
