Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated supervisor to train and lead Package Handlers and Clerks. In this permanent role, you will ensure safety, productivity, attendance, and timely completion of tasks while maintaining UPS's high ethical standards.

You will coordinate training, conduct meetings, evaluate performance with management, and solve package-related issues. Candidates should be able to lift 70 lbs, work flexible shifts, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work flexible shifts.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
