The position requires at least two years in a warehouse setting, a high school diploma, and the ability to manage physical tasks. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varied temperatures.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and oversee loading, unloading, and labeling of freight.
• Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure timely, accurate operations.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report to maintenance.
• Advise staff on care of products and proper use of handling equipment.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and assist colleagues as needed.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures and address issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
