Job summary

UPS is seeking a permanent, full-time supervisor to lead a warehouse team in safety, production, and attendance. The role emphasizes high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include training, policy adherence, and managing resources to ensure efficient operations. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with the ability to lift 70 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees and ensures policy compliance.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and continuous improvement.
• Implements development plans to support ongoing professional growth.
