Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead, train and develop teams focused on safety, productivity, and accuracy. The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to policies, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive continuous improvement.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and the ability to lift 70 lbs, with flexible shifts up to 5 days per week. Prior management experience is preferred.

• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Establishes positive, team-oriented environment and pro-active communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
