Job summary

UPS is seeking a permanent warehouse supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance. You will train teams, set high standards for accuracy and efficiency, and foster a collaborative, proactive work environment across the organization.

The role requires the ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and strong communication. Prior management experience and MS Office knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent - preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
