Job summary

UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to lead and develop a team in a warehouse setting. You will oversee safety, productivity, attendance, and customer service while promoting a positive, collaborative work culture.

This permanent role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to five days weekly. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implement development plans to support ongoing professional growth.
• Provide orientation, training, materials, and coaching to staff.
