Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop the production team on-site. You will ensure production goals, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are met while driving continuous improvement and effective cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and use of SOPs to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, SSOP, GMPs).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Experience using Continuous Improvement tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members, conduct training on SOPs, and manage daily engagement meetings.
• Oversee daily operations, safety checklists, product audits, and corrective actions.
• Investigate customer and internal quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs, enforce compliance with HACCP/SSOP/GMPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing, cross-training, and performance evaluations.
