Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy, lead cycle counting, and ensure timely FSQA releases in a fast-paced 24/7 warehouse.

You will develop the team, manage reporting, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep product moving efficiently. This role requires 2+ years in warehousing with leadership experience, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Own inventory-control standards across cycle counting, receiving, shipping, and reporting.
• Lead root-cause analysis for variances, returns, rebox, damages, and disposal.
• Ensure FSQA releases before loading product and support KPIs.
• Develop people: hire, train, recognize, evaluate, and develop team leads.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy in a fast-paced 24/7 warehouse.
• Plan labor and support shift openings/closings; back up Senior Manager.
• Maintain reporting accuracy using ERP/WMS data.
• Balance inventory complexity with tracking and accountability.
