Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, invites a Lead Warehouse Supervisor to join the University of Oklahoma team. This role leads warehouse operations, opens the warehouse, assigns daily tasks, and coordinates inventory with purchasing. You will manage merchandise flow, communicate stock needs, and support efficiency across events.

The position emphasizes safety, sanitation, and accurate record-keeping, with a focus on maintaining organized storage and timely inspections for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• Forklift certified preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hiring.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
• Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Follows correct inventory procedures and leads month end inventory counting for warehouse spaces.
• Assist purchasing leadership with inputting month end inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse stock levels by communicating usages before, during and after events.
• Oversee warehouse team and direct staff to set up for the next event.
• Ensure proper control and handling of equipment including repairs and maintenance requests.
• Print and follow up on premium pull sheets and non-charge stock sheets.
• Uphold safety and sanitation practices, including monthly safety audits and temperature logs.
• Maintain organization in warehouse locations with stock and inventory.
