Job summary

Levy Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager at Ohio State University to oversee storage and distribution of products and inventory on-site.

The ideal candidate will be a personable, detail-oriented manager with strong organizational and influencing abilities, leading a warehouse team in a hospitality-driven environment. You will collaborate with operations and culinary teams, ensure accurate invoicing and deliveries, and drive efficiency across inventory processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Operational experience in food and beverage preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing on hand inventory to optimize stock on hand and minimize loss.
• Working with operations and culinary teams to manage requisition and distribution of products.
• Overseeing delivery process.
• Safeguard and rotate on hand inventory.
• Overseeing regular completion and rotation of inventory.
• Ensuring timely placing of orders.
• Management of order delivery schedule and pricing list.
• Conducting inventory to minimize loss.
