Levy, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee safe storage and distribution of products at the Ohio State University location. You will lead a hands-on team, optimize stock levels, coordinate with culinary and operations teams, and ensure smooth delivery operations.

The right candidate will have at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong computer skills, and a passion for hospitality, retail, and comprehensive stakeholder management.

Formación

• 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Operational experience in food and beverage is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee on-hand inventory to optimize stock and minimize loss.
• Coordinate requisition and distribution with operations and culinary teams.
• Oversee delivery process and ensure accurate deliveries.
• Safely rotate and manage inventory on hand.
• Lead inventory cycles and routine audits to reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure timely placing of orders and maintain pricing lists.
• Manage delivery scheduling and performance reviews for warehouse staff.
• Support hiring and pre-shift meetings for warehouse teams.
• Track product transfers and requisition documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain Birchstreet data and processes; address slow or dead stock.
