Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 2 years analyzing data and providing improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse.
• Ensure proper execution of policies on picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain inventory levels and control product loss.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile counts with shipments.
• Schedule and manage team within labor and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and FDA safety policies and guidelines.
• Maintain and inspect equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and fleet trucks.
